We aim to have food and beverage vendors in every venue. As these are subject to local availability, we can’t give any specifics on the vendors that will be present. At most of our locations, you are welcome to bring along a cooler with your own food and drinks in case nothing takes your fancy on the day, or if you have specific dietary requirements. If our venue hosts do request no outside food this will be communicated beforehand.

We have large inflatable dome tents together with tables and chairs providing shaded seating areas, but those are often very popular so feel free to bring along picnic blankets or collapsible chairs and any form of shade.

Sure thing! We love checking your pics on social media after the event! Just keep it safe and secure so you don’t lose it inside.

Please bring your QR Code and signed online waivers, either on your phone or hard copy. Make your way to the ticket office to check in and get your wristbands. You can keep your wristband as a memento.

You do not need to print your tickets. We recommend having the booking QR code ready to speed up the check-in process. In the case that you cannot find it or your phone battery dies you can check in using the booking name or number.

Yes. As long as we have availability you can add participants on the spot. A signed waiver is required for every participant. Tickets can also be upgraded when checking in or anytime during your session.

Subject to availability, you absolutely can. Go to your confirmation email and find "change booking" below your booking date and time. Click on it and follow the process to change your booking. Please note ticket prices and types might change from one event to the other one. Booking will need to be re-adjusted accordingly.

Yes. As long as the person brings the booking QR code and has signed our waiver. Please note once bookings QR codes are checked in cannot be re-scanned.

All sales are final. However, when cancelling your booking you can request a gift card to re-book at your convenience. Go to your confirmation email, below the date and time of your booking you will find "cancel booking". Click on it and follow the process to request a gift card for the value of your booking. Gift cards do not have an expiry date and can be used at any Tuff Nutterz event or Location.

We do not recommend going inside the course with a very young infant worn/in a carrier as you will need to climb/crawl/slide and bounce. Nevertheless, you are welcome to do it at your own risk. Just purchase a toddler ticket and 1 adult/carer ticket will be included.

We recommend booking online to avoid disappointment. However, tickets might be available at the door, availability dependent. Sessions do often sell out in advance. If you cannot find a session online it means it is full.

We recommend arriving around 30 minutes before the session to check-in at the ticket office. Please have your booking QR ready to scan and your waivers signed beforehand. We will then exchange your tickets for wristbands so you are ready to enter your session at your scheduled time.

You are welcome to join your session at any time, however, your session will not be extended further than the original ending time. If you are running late, please drive carefully and do not rush, you can always request a gift-card or be re-scheduled if you cannot make it.

No, only children under 5 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult (+18). Children over 5 years old can go inside unaccompanied. Parents are welcome to join the fun. Tickets and signed waivers will be required for every person entering the inflatables.

Spectators are welcome to attend without a ticket. However, if you want to enter any of our inflatable attractions along with your children you will require your own individual ticket. For safety, we do require that any kids under 5 are always accompanied by a parent/carer. Purchase the toddler ticket and it will include 1 adult ticket for free.

Whatever you feel like! The only restrictions we have are ‘no shoes’, socks are up to you. We do recommend dressing according to weather conditions, bringing socks and a spare set of clothes recommended, especially in hot or wet weather. Comfort is key!

Tuff Nutterz is an outdoor event that takes place all year round. That is why we have specially designed our obstacle course to have shaded roof cloths to keep prevent the PVC to get hot. We have also included a water slide in our offerings and we play with water on hot summer days to keep everyone refreshed. Therefore, on hot sunny days, we advise all participants to dress appropriately, stay hydrated and apply sunscreen.

We are an outdoor event, so the weather will affect the condition of the inflatables and surroundings. During hot days or summer events, we might include some form of water into the fun. We also have a water slide as an add-on. We recommend dressing accordingly and bringing a spare set of clothes and a towel. On or after a rainy day inflatables will get wet. Take extra care if surfaces are slippery. It is recommended to wear socks with grip tread soles. Participate at your own risk. Cold air condensation can also create slippery conditions, especially during our early morning sessions. We will try our best to dry everything out before starting, but we recommend bringing a spare pair of socks and a change of clothes.

Our goal is always to deliver the full Tuff Nutterz experience. On rare occasions, this may not be possible due to unforeseen issues. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.

We do not charge for parking at any of our events. However, If the venue/council we are hosting the event at chooses to charge a parking fee it is at their sole discretion.

We do not have lockers at our events. However, you are welcome to leave any belongings with our staff at the ticket office if needed.

All participants MUST have a signed waiver before entry. Under 5’s require an accompanying parent/carer at ALL TIMES. Adults MUST remain within the premises for all minors. No food, no shoes, no sharp objects (including keys), no glasses, no glass, no jewellery, no candy, no gum, no mobile phones, no pets, no smoking, no alcohol or drugs or being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/medication. No running, please take your time, no rushing or rushing others. Allow plenty of space for the person in front of you. ALWAYS look up whilst climbing. Do not climb underneath someone climbing above you. People can slip and fall whilst climbing. Use straps while climbing and take one step at a time. No climbing or hanging from outside walls. Make sure the landing area is clear of all people before jumping or sliding. Jump ONE at a time. The correct sliding position on the slides is to have arms crossed across your chest with feet and legs together. If sliding with another DO NOT hold hands. Slide separately. Do not slide down any area that has climbing handles attached. No pushing or rough play. Smaller children should always be given right of way. No tumbling or flipping and no diving. Tread carefully and show caution as the course is uneven and spongy. The course is only for use during public opening hours when obstacle course staff are on duty. Obstacle Course staff directions must always be followed. No medical conditions (Heart conditions, pregnancy, etc).Maximum weight 95Kg. Enter at your own risk. You may hear a whistle or megaphone announcement meaning stop and listen, wait for instructions in case of an emergency.

Age is just a number! At Tuff Nutterz all ages are welcome! Adults are welcome to join the fun, just be mindful of the little kids and families around you, Under 5’s require a free accompanying parent/carer. Just select the toddler ticket when booking for little ones. Responsible adults MUST remain within the premises for all minors (under 16 years old).

Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 100KG. Enter at your own risk.

Whilst we do allow those who are pregnant to take part, you do so at your own discretion. Be mindful that the surface of any inflatables can be unpredictable, and you may lose your footing at points.

We are a pet-friendly event. However, dogs and pets must be always on a leash.

You may bring your own food/drinks too. No alcohol is permitted. No food or drinks are allowed on or near the inflatables. No glass is permitted on the premises for safety reasons.

We are a rain or shine event and we will not let some light rain stop the fun. We recommend checking the local weather report in advance of your session and dressing appropriately. Take extra care if surfaces are slippery. It is highly recommended to wear socks with grip tread soles. Participate at your own risk. The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. When a session is cancelled/postponed, customers will automatically receive a gift card to rebook at their convenience. We keep a close eye on the weather and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, SMS, or the Facebook event page.

Up to 24 hours before your scheduled session start time, you can rebook onto another session in the same event (availability depending) or you can issue yourself a gift card to be used at any future events (this is not possible with tickets booked via Eventbrite so please email us directly). For on the day amendments, please send us an email with your booking details and we will endeavour to change it for you depending on availability for the day.
